Effective August 13, 2025, the State of Florida has classified 7‑Hydroxymitragynine (7‑OH) as a Schedule I controlled substance under an emergency rule.

We have immediately removed all affected products from our inventory in compliance with state law. Please do not inquire about banned products. Possession or sale of 7‑OH may result in criminal penalties under Florida law

All products containing isolated or concentrated forms of 7‑OH are now illegal in Florida.
This includes gummies, capsules, liquid shots, powders, and any other enhanced or synthetic 7‑OH products.

Raw kratom leaf and unaltered powder remain legal under current Florida law and are still available in-store and online.
